IRDP Family - termination of services - audi altrem partem principle

Constitution of India, 1950 (COI) - Article 226 - principles of natural justice - audi altrem partem - petitioner got appointment on basis of IRDP family certificate - services terminated on complaint without following principles of natural justice - not sustainable - however petitioner placed on record of court information obtained by him under Right to Information showing him as belonging to IRDP family - impugned order quashed being illegal.
